About the ride

Zwift ODZ Chat and Chill is a steady, easy pace ride on Zwift that also gives riders an opportunity to discuss topics of interest to the group such as training, nutrition, events, and all things cycling. Use it as a warm-up or a recovery ride, or if you are just looking for a laid back ride with a friendly group and good chatter.

Every Monday on Zwift, at 7:05 AM ET/12:05 GMT/13:05 CET and broadcasted live on YouTube and Facebook.

Send me your comments or requests for future topics! Read about last week’s topics here. Hope to see you on future rides!
