Good music can make a difference in a hard workout. In the winter months I spend up to 15 hours a week riding on Zwift, so good workout music is important. In addition, I coach indoor cycling classes where athletes do interval training to some of my favorite tunes. This page contains my favorite playlists for indoor cycling and is updated periodically. These playlists in Spotify will keep you going through tough intervals, races or fast group rides! They usually start with 2-3 warm up songs, and end with 3-4 cool down songs.
